Custom Linen Bottle Opener

The quality of the bottle opener, cotton, packaging, everything was wonderful. The best part was the customer service I received. There was a typo in my part when I originally submitted my order and the representatives I worked with via email made sure that it was corrected and offered to help my my gift for my husband more special than I had originally thought. I wanted to love this so much but I’m pretty bummed about the final outcome and I’m not entirely sure who is at fault. I realize that they printed the lyrics exactly how I sent it but they didn’t preserve any line breaks in the lyrics so the lyrics are somewhat of a grammatical disaster which could have been fixed with some kind of a proof or edit beforehand. Had I known that it would be printed the way it was, I would have inserted some punctuation so it made sense. I feel like any English speaker would try to account for the strangeness of the lack of line breaks but now I just have a very nice bottle opener with words and random commas that don’t quite all make sense the way it is printed. Afraid I just wasted $75!
